Source Diversity Outbred mice were obtained from The Jackson Laboratory, Bar Harbor ME Control chow (D10001, Research Diets, New Brunswick NJ); high-fat, cholic (HFC) diet (D12109C, Research Diets, New Brunswick NJ); low-fat, high-protein (LFHP) diet (D12083101, Research Diets, New Brunswick NJ). Provided ad libitum.
