There are two cohorts both challenged with either increasing doses of methacholine (0, 5, 10, 20 mg/mL in saline) or aerosolized ovalbumin in 1% saline: (1) controls with aluminum hydroxide as adjuvant i.p.; (2) sensitized with ovalbumin as adjuvant.

Procedures conducted:
