Acclimation to test conditions

The mice are weighed at weekly intervals in the mouse room.

Procedure

a. Mice are weighed (baseline) and administered a HFHS diet at 5 wks of age ad libitum.
b. After 12 wks on HFHS diet, mice are weighed a final time (at 17 wks of age).
