An investigation of primary mammary tumor latency, severity and metastasis. Subjects were transgene positive (MMTV-PyMT) F1 virgin female progeny of different inbred strains of mice. Primary tumors were noted and confirmed. Mice were analyzed 40 days later (aged to permit metastatic progression).

Procedures conducted:
• histopathology  Metastatic progression of mammary tumor and genetic background.
