There are two treatment groups (chow and high-fat diet). High-fat diet began at 3 wks of age and continued through test dates. Most traits were measured at 8 wks of age then again on same animals at a later age (ages are indicated in the rightmost column of the measurements listing).
Correlations matrices (for all measurements in CGDpheno4, 5, and 7) are available:
Animal age 8-13 wks:   • control group   • high-fat diet group
Animal age 17-24 wks:   • control group   • high-fat diet group

Procedures conducted:
• metabolic panel  Clinical blood chemistry (plasma). High-fat diet vs. control. Some parameters at two age timepoints. 4h fast or no fast.
• glucose tolerance  High-fat diet vs. control. 0 to 120 min after 20% glucose i.p. 18h fast.
• lipid profile  Cholesterol, HDL, triglycerides, fatty acids. High-fat diet vs. control. Two age cohorts. 4h fast, plasma.
